Our Philosophy

At JLR China, we believe that the continued success of our business rests on the development of our people. Continuous Professional Development

In 2016 we launched our B.E.S.T Learning Portfolio, which contains a wide range of expert-led training programmes to help you develop in the areas of Business Knowledge, Effective Leadership, Self Management and Team Cohesion. Alongside our formal learning offering, you will be encouraged to think more broadly about your development, for example getting involved in a cross-department project team or working with a mentor.
