Packaging Operations Analyst

Basic Purpose of the role

• Contact window for IEO China packaging, working with suppliers for INT1121 (packaging proposal) completed based on the packaging guideline and submit to IFP team.
• Inspect new packaging in ESC & supplier’s facility to ensure the consistency between new packaging and INT1121 form.
• Packaging continues improvements.
• Daily inventory check and weekly cycle count trigger and post in SAP.
• IEO China Ops data maintenance in Tableau
• IEO China Ops KPI data gathering & report making

Key Responsibilities

• Working with suppliers for INT1121 (packaging proposal) completed based on the packaging guideline and submit to IFP team.
• Inspect new part packaging in ESC (export warehouse in Lingang) or supplier facility.
• Communicate with IFP/STA/Inbound Team to satisfy the decanting & outbound operations in UK.
• Arrange weekly inventory cycle count & annual stock counting in ESC
• Deal with NCR from UK about non-conformance packaging & labelling
• Ensures that key department business documentation and reports are prepared, updated and appropriately distributed to meet deadline or audit request.
• Monitor ESC Dashboard status, and coordinate with cross functions to resolve the abnormal situation
